Orum and Apollo.io

The integration will allow users of Apollo’s sequencer product to seamlessly load their call tasks into Orum so they can more efficiently dial their prospects. New users will be guided by an onboarding flow the first time they login, to help them get familiar with important platform functionality.

Within Orum, a user will be able to search their sequences to dial due call tasks assigned to them. They can also load Orum powered lists that surface all sequence due call tasks or all one-off call tasks. When loading sequences, users can pull custom Apollo fields into Orum so the user feels prepared with more information about the prospect they will be calling.

They can then begin the dialing session within the browser. Users can select the dialing option of their choice: dialing prospects one at a time (power dialing), dialing multiple prospects at the same time (parallel dialing), or make targeted one-off calls (click to call).

Once a call is made in Orum, it is automatically logged in Apollo and associated with the user who completed the activity, and a recording link will be synced in the notes section within Apollo. Once a call has been logged, the call task will automatically be completed regardless of the call outcome.

The integration also supports the ability to drop pre-recorded voicemails automatically when a prospect doesn’t answer, or gives users the ability to record a live voicemail in Orum.  

Note: This integration may be limited by your Apollo API Rate Limits which are determined by your Apollo Plan.
